Artificial lung ventilation in patients with morbid obesity during laparoscopic operations in the Trendelenburg position (literature review)

چکیده
The literature review is devoted to the peculiarities of artificial lung ventilation (ALV) in patients with morbid obesity during laparoscopic oncosurgical interventions Trendelenburg position. At present, there are no consensus recommendations on choice optimal ALV mode anesthesia this area oncosurgery. When analyzing data obtained from other types operations, was impression that were significant advantages any modes, both volume and pressure control. However, high values positive end-expiratory (PEEP) have most evidence benefit category patients, inversion duration respiratory cycle phases without creating a PEEP can help reduce risk damage when all techniques do not allow for adequate oxygenation.
